How can you achieve inner peace through practicing prayers
Islam is a religion of peace, and it can help you to achieve internal peace and spiritual fulfillment. Through its teachings and practices, Islam encourages individuals to live in harmony with their environment, their families, and the world around them. Its principles of justice, mercy, compassion, and respect for all life can bring inner peace to those who practice them. The belief in Allah as the one true God also helps provide a sense of security and assurance that can lead to inner peace. By following Islamic teachings, individuals can find solace in knowing that they are part of something bigger than themselves and that their actions have a positive impact on the world around them.
Prayer in Islam is seen to achieve peace and tranquility. It is the first step to connecting with Allah, the Almighty, and seeking His guidance. Muslims believe that prayer can bring them closer to their Creator and help them in their daily lives. Through prayer, one can ask for forgiveness, seek protection from evil forces, or thank Allah for all the blessings they have received. Prayer can also be used as a form of meditation or contemplation that helps bring clarity and focus on life. Prayer is an important part of the Islamic faith, and it is believed to be the best way to achieve inner peace and tranquility as the prophet (ṣallā llāhu ʿalayhī wa-sallama ,blessings of God be upon him and grant him peace)
) Said in the authentic Hadith
Salim b. Abul Ja’d told of a man of Khuza’a saying, “I wish I had prayed and been at rest.” When the people seemed to disapprove of his saying that, he replied that he had heard God’s Messenger say, “Declare that the time for prayer has come, Bilal, and give us rest by it.”
* * This probably means that prayer brings peace of mind.
Abu Dawud transmitted it.
